How registration works this year

Registration is entirely online through each boat's personal account - there's no separate paper or generic web form.

Raced with us since 2021? You've already been emailed a personal account link - check your inbox (and spam folder) for a message from racedirector@roundthecounty.com. That link is your account for the whole season: set a password, review your boat's details, and register when you're ready. Lost the email? Contact racedirector@roundthecounty.com and we'll resend it.

New to Round the County (haven't raced with us since at least 2021)? Create your account below - a personal access link will be emailed to you the same way.

Sold your boat? Don't create a new account yourself - use the link in your invitation email and choose “Sold this boat / no longer own it.” That closes out the old boat's record so we stop emailing you about it, and takes you straight to creating an account for your new boat.

Crewing on someone else's boat?

You don't use this form - the skipper handles the boat's entry, and each crew member requests their own personal waiver link separately. Adult crew: email events@oiyc.org with "crew" in the subject line. Crew under 18: a parent/guardian emails instead, with "parent" and "crew" both in the subject line. Full details on the FAQ page.
